Mini Pudim de queijo
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of milk (use the condensed milk cans for the right amount)
4 eggs
100 g grated or soft goat cheese.
Caramel sauce:
-150g sugar
-50ml water
Instructions:
Divide the caramel sauce over the moulds. (you can also make your own caramel with sugar and water) Caramel sauce: -150g sugar -50ml water Preparation: Mix the milk together with the condensed milk and the eggs in a blender or mixer. After mixing the milk and eggs, add the cheese and mix everything well.
Boil the sugar and water to a thick syrup. Then divide the caramel sauce into the baking/pudding molds. Put the pudim de queijo in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius in the water bath. (bain marie) Let it cook in the oven for about 50 minutes. Let all the mini pudim de queijo cool and then put them in the fridge

100g de queijo de terra ou queijo de cabra ralado
Caramelo liquido ou faça caramelo caseiro

50ml água
Modo de fazer:
Use uma batedeira ou liquidificador juntando o leite condensado e os ovos;
Junte o leite a mistura e continue a bater;
No final adicione também o queijo e bata a menos velocidade;
Use uma forma e junte o caramelo no fundo e adicione toda mistura dos ovo, leite condensado e queijo;
Leve a forma ao forno em banho maria e deixe permanecer cerca de 50 minutos;
Após cozer durante 50 minutos deixe esfriar um pouco e coloque depois no frigorifico durante algumas horas.

2 blikjes melk (gebruik de blikjes van de gecondenseerde melk voor de juiste hoeveelheid)

100 g geraspte of de zachte kaas van geit.
Karamel saus verdelen over de vormen. (je kunt ook zelf karamel maken met suiker en water)
Karamel saus:
-150g suiker
-50ml water
Bereidingswijze:
Mix de melk samen met de gecondenseerde melk en de eieren in blender of mixer.
Na het mixen van de melk en eieren voeg je de kaas toe en meng alles goed.
Kook de suiker en het water tot een dikke siroop.
Daarna verdeel je de karamel saus in de bak/pudding vormpjes.
Zet de pudim de queijo in een voorverwarmde oven op 180 graden Celsius in het waterbad. (au bain-marie)
Laat het ongeveer 50 minuten garen in de oven. Laat alle mini pudim de queijo afkoelen en stop ze daarna in de koelkast.
