The beaches of Praia are just steps from the center. One of the most favorite beaches is Quebra Canela, which is furthest from the center.
Locals come here to cool off in the water and you will find a super nice beach tent where you like to stick longer: Kebra Kabana. They serve cheap snacks and cheap cocktails, but above all you have a great view over the water. You can come here with a booklet and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
