Sobremesa de Manga


 4 chantilly de frutas
 1 lata de manga(polpa de manga)
 1 pacote de gelatine- uza 6 folhas
 Poenhe-se as folhas na água frio, depois ponhe-se uma panela com água depois mete uma   tigela de vidro. Quando estiver pronto deita-se numa tigela bate o chantilly durante 1 ou 2   minuto e quando tiver bem batido deita o leite condensado. Deitar a lata de mango, depois   deitar a gelatina numa tigela e levo para o frigorífico. Coloque a sobremesa na geladeira por  cerca 1 hora.


Note: O mais tempo na frigorífo o mais firme.




Mango dessert


100 cl whipped cream
1 can of mango pulp
1 package of gelatine- use 6 leaves
Dip the leaves in cold water, then put a pot of water on it. When ready, transfer it into a glass bowl. Beat the whipped cream for 1 to 2 minutes until it is stiff, pour in the condensed milk. Mix the can of mango and the gelatin into the bowl and take it to the refrigerator. Leave the dessert in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.


Note: The longer it stays in the refrigerator the firmer the result.



Mango-dessert


100 cl verse slagroom
1 blik mango (mangopulp)
1 pakje gelatine - gebruik 6 blaadjes
Dompel de bladeren in koud water, zet er een pan met water op. Plaats dan alles in een glazen kom. Klop de slagroom gedurende 1 à 2 minuten stijf, giet de gecondenseerde melk erbij. Meng het blik mango en de gelatine erbij in de kom en breng het naar de koelkast. Laat het dessert ongeveer 1 uur in de koelkast staan.


Let op: Hoe langer het in de koelkast staat, hoe steviger het resultaat.
